Physical Therapy & Rehab

We are a cash-pay practice, which allows us to spend more time with you and deliver higher quality care. You can submit for insurance reimbursement on your own. HSA and FSA cards are accepted every visit.

Every session is 60 minutes, 1-on-1 with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. No aides, no assembly lines, no being passed off.

Ohio is a direct access state — you do NOT need a physician referral to see a physical therapist. Just reach out and we'll get you in.

ACL injuries, shoulder pain, back pain, knee pain, hip pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, post-surgical rehab, ankle sprains, rotator cuff, sciatica, neck pain, foot pain, and much more.

Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards every visit. You can also request a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Training & Performance

Semi-private sports performance training, speed & agility programs, personal training (1-on-1), middle school athletic development, HYROX race prep, and team training. All programs are coached and tailored to your goals.

Small groups of 2–6 athletes with similar goals. You get individualized programming with the energy and motivation of training alongside others. Sessions are 60 minutes.

All levels. Whether you're a middle schooler just starting out, a weekend warrior, or a competitive HYROX athlete, we scale every session to meet you where you are.

HYROX is a global fitness racing format combining 8×1 km runs with 8 functional workout stations. As an official HYROX affiliate, we train athletes specifically for the race demands.

Locations & Policies

We have two locations: North Canton, OH (our flagship) and Twinsburg, OH (inside The Edge Sports & Arts). Both in Northeast Ohio.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, since that time was reserved specifically for you.

Yes — we have a sports dietitian on staff who offers individualized nutrition coaching and meal planning to support your training, recovery, and performance goals.
